Luke is the Co-Founder and Director of Forma Projects. With over 18 years’ experience, he has managed and delivered some of the highest profile and complex construction projects in the industry. Luke adopts a hands-on approach to each project and is involved in all stages, from negotiations through to completion and handover, ensuring a seamless completion from start to finish. Luke holds a Masters in Construction Management and Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
Sonny Lindsay
Director
Sonny has more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, having delivered major fit out, refurbishment and construction projects throughout NSW and QLD. Through up-front communications, technical advice and commercial guidance, Sonny ensures his team always understands and exceeds client expectations. Sonny holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from Bond University.
Sam Benson
QLD State Director
Sam is the QLD State Director of Forma Projects. Throughout his 15 year career, Sam has worked on some of the biggest and most complex projects in Queensland, with budgets over $3B. Sam's dedication, passion and leadership skills ensure his projects are delivered with the highest quality and client satisfaction on time, every time. Sam holds a Bachelor of Construction Management & Property Surveying from Bond University and an Open Builders License (QBCC).
David Rinaldi
Project Director
As Project Director, David oversees project delivery teams, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional outcomes. With a steadfast focus on quality and meticulous attention to detail, David brings a passion for delivering high-quality projects that stand out. He is dedicated to client satisfaction, prioritising innovative, client-focused solutions that consistently exceed expectations. David has a Bachelor of Construction Management (hons.) from the University ofTechnology, Sydney.
Danny Gentile
Site Operations Manager
Danny is a highly skilled Site Operations Manager with 25 years’ experience across high profile fitout and refurbishment projects from commercial offices, airports, education and data centers. Danny oversees all site operations at Forma Projects and brings a methodical and strategic approach to each project and site team, always maintaining the highest level of safety and quality.
Emma Thomson
Finance Manager
Emma is the Finance Manager of Forma Projects, working with the Directors on the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Emma specialises in project accounting and has over 10 years’ experience in financial management working for construction, design and architecture companies.
Maria Nemes
Design Manager
Maria is the Design Manager at Forma Projects, overseeing all aspects of the design process and the design team. She has a meticulous eye for detail in workplace planning, design and implementation. Maria is adept at applying knowledge of architectural and interior design principles and practices and is passionate about coordinating project efforts with the project team and services consultants to deliver outstanding results to clients.
India Hopper
Chief of Staff
As Forma's Chief of Staff, India collaborates closely with the Directors in NSW and QLD to oversee a diverse range of projects spanning marketing, events, sponsorships, office management and human resources. She plays a key role in facilitating seamless communication between key stakeholders and the Directors. India is passionate about fostering unity within the organisation, working to cultivate a dynamic and thriving culture that brings people together.
